While driving today near the Kusunoki interchange on the Nagoya Expressway, I spotted a sign like this:
“CONSTRUCTION SITE — DO NOT APPROACH!!! Private property — No trespassing”
The sign had such a strong presence that nobody seemed to be going anywhere near it. Just an empty lot with weeds growing all over it.
Am I the only one who finds handwritten signs many times more convincing than computer-printed ones? Maybe tens of times more, even.
