Recent spam has been written in story form.
The reason: the messages appear to be replies from the same address, creating a continuous narrative thread.
For example:
Subject: Hey! It’s Kaho!
Listen to this… (i-i)
I’m such a klutz or just plain stupid…
I bumped my car (++；)
It’s the car my husband uses when he’s in Japan, so it’s kind of okay (lol)
Left-hand drive is really hard to handle.

It’s a small thing, but at times like this I find myself wishing someone was nearby to lean on…
