Spin Fever Chapter 2

« Previous Next »

I’ve been into medal pusher games lately. (Past tense now.)

Still had medals left in my bank, so I went to burn through them.

There’s a pusher game I’ve been hooked on called Spin Fever, and something unusual happened today.

The way the game works: knock 3 balls off the field and you get to challenge the Fever Game — a chance to win a lot of medals.

Normally there are 2–4 balls on the field at any given time.

But today, 7 balls came out all at once. (The full impact of this is probably only clear to people who’ve played.)

At first glance it looks like a golden opportunity, but…

These balls are surprisingly heavy. So no matter how many medals you feed in, they don’t advance easily.

Especially that final push — it just won’t happen.

When balls are scattered across the field like this, they tend to get sucked into the side holes and collected.

Disappointing.

I haven’t hit a jackpot in a while either. Maybe it’s time to call it quits.
