My year-end break actually started on the 27th of last month.
In exchange, work started back up on the 4th, and I was in the office again on Sunday the 6th.
On the morning of the 6th I was near Tokyo Station — new camera in hand — so I started shooting.

……….Barely anyone around.
The day before, I’d stopped by the supermarket near my place and it was almost empty.
Tokyo during the New Year holiday feels like a shell of itself — that was my personal impression.
