The server has been unstable since two days ago, when I restricted the scope of CGI access on the web server.
Though I don’t think it’s an Apache issue specifically. The server has been hanging repeatedly.
On top of that, the router logs show what looks like port scanning activity.
Not sure what’s going on. Frustrating.
The most painful part is that incoming email stops when the server goes down. I have auction-related emails going through it, so when it actually stopped, I genuinely panicked.
