It was cold today so I made hot pot!
Simmered carrot, napa cabbage, garlic chives, green onion, tofu, enoki mushrooms, and pork in a kombu and bonito broth.
Then topped it with sesame sauce — my favorite.
So good.
Still so good.
A little sad not to have a group to enjoy it with, being on my own — but hot pot is just good, regardless. And nutritious too.
Made a full pot, so I’m planning to add more vegetables and keep going for a few days.
