Leave Digital Terrestrial Broadcasting to us
Digital TVs require a variety of settings, adjustments, and operations.
Receiving digital terrestrial broadcasts requires specialist expertise!! For digital appliances, trust your local store — we know the regional signal conditions!
There’s so much to do.
- Signal level check
- Antenna connection (terrestrial digital / BS / CS)
- Channel setup (set region, run initial scan, assign remote buttons)
- Recording device connection (digital / analog equipment)
- B-CAS card registration
- Product usage explanation
- Follow-up support when you can’t figure something out

Well, as a commercial pitch it might work, but from a “digital TV adoption” standpoint, this is completely backwards.
“It’s hard! It’s complicated! It costs money to switch!” — messaging like this just produces more and more people who say “analog is fine, I can’t be bothered.”
If it can’t be made cheap and easy, the digital broadcast transition isn’t going to happen.
Try harder, electronics stores. Digital broadcasting has real advantages — highlight those! Ads that don’t give me a reason to be interested won’t work.
Just had to get that off my chest. That’s all.
