· August 6–8: ROCK IN JAPAN three-day pass

Got the Rockin’ ticket in the second presale round.
Enlisted friends, colleagues, family — everyone I could think of to help apply.
Because so many people went for the presale, there was no third presale round — it went straight to general sale.
First time at Rockin’. A three-day pass is completely uncharted territory for me — I’m both nervous and excited.
Doing everything in my power to keep those dates completely clear at work.

A belt-clip camera case.
Picked it up on the way home from a weekend shift at work.
After LIVE FACTORY yesterday it hit me again — if you want to get into the thick of it, you need your hands free.
I’d been managing with a small shoulder bag, but it’s time to do something about that.
The plan: cash and camera in the case, towel around the neck, and that’s it.
Side note: I’m extremely near-sighted so I normally wear glasses, but at live shows it’s disposable contacts, no question.
